"FILL NEW SPACES"

He says…
              Gleaming eyes
              Brilliant faces
          Tender ears
                 Fill new spaces…

She says…
         Silky cuddle
            Slobber nibble
                  Butterfly smooches
                Fill new spaces…..

He says…
        Tender places
        Tickle giggles
 Tiny toes
              I found my nose…

     Sun so bright
      A warm delight
   Cooing songs
              My heart’s delight…

She says….
            Alive in your chatter
             with a festive’s spark.
           Senses on high alert ,
                 await for your first call…

     In a wormy wiggle
      slide,wobble,toddle
          around the four walls,
             Keeping my skates on…

He says…
       Tiny scratches
         Giant tears
           Mommy’s kisses
           Better than stitches….

       Trusting scents
         Sweet melodies
        so many faces
          My eyes are heavy…

She says…
       Short days
     In constant race
     Long nights of
       bedtime stories
     Time freezes forever….
