Your Life’s Doom

A glare left you in
an untiring sleep,amidst
the noises of machines.
Anticipations builded
in cluttered minds,
angels stayed watching
you awake,gods drowned
in rivers of tears shed
by an old mortal womb.
Graves protested your
early return,heavens
repented their disgraceful
act, strings of illusions taut
in the war of life and death.
A smile bloomed in your
life’s doom,on your return
back to the old frail frame
struggling hard to surrender
to the claws of destiny,a new
charm born out of the bygone times.

“Dedicated to My dear friend Arun,
Shine brighter than yesterday,
Let love and light shine in
abundance in your life.<3"

  2. Dear Poetess Piusha Singh,
This is an excellent dedication poem, a poem dedicated to a person, object, cause, or event. My applause to you, I love the poetic constructions for the lines quoted below:
    ” angels stayed watching
    you awake,gods drowned
    in rivers of tears shed
    by an old mortal womb.
    Graves protested your
    early return,heavens
    repented their disgraceful
    act, strings of illusions taut
in the war of life and death.”

Through an everlasting commandment you are burdened with an irrevocable obligation to make atonement, which you can never cast upon others. What you burden yourselves with through your thoughts, words or deeds can be redeemed by no one but yourselves! Consider, were it otherwise Divine Justice would be but an empty sound, in which case everything else would also crumble into ruins. Good write, My applause. You abilities as a poetess is amazing, Please accept my sincere congrats for a great poet dedication and treat. Hoping to read and enjoy more of your wonderful poems,
    Regards & Love
